master cerberbo fails to build flex

Hi,
I have built gstreamer 1.4 branch successfully with cerbero on windows 7.
I am now trying to build master but it fails when building flex.I am seeing a number of m4.exe crashes but they don't seem to fail the bootstrap.
But bootstrap later fails in flex with :
