How to pause pipeline using command prompt?

Hi..
I am new to G streamer
tested many example but could not find any command to pause or stop
pipeline. 
I am using to play:
gst-launch playbin uri=file:///D:/1.mp3

Sample:
gst-launch audiotestsrc freq=400 wave=0 is-live=true name=test !
audioconvert ! audioresample ! directsoundsink
