On android, I executed my test app, executed error : "no element playbin"

[Yingsheng]

1. I used ndk-build gstreamer and static plugins to create
libgstreamer_android.so.
2. I write a executed file used c code, call libgstreamer_android.so.
3. In my code, first I setenv like Gstreamer.init() functions, then I called
gst_init().
But when I execute the executed file, still execute error "no element
playbin".
How could I do?
