How to use the new feature on 1.6.1 about stereoscopic 3D video on Android?

I know there is a demo about it, but it's on Linux. And I got a message

when I wanted to use this feature on Android in the same way on Linux. Is
there another elements to do the same thing on Android? Or any idea about
how to use glviewconvert on Android?
