thank Nicolas Dufresne-3 for answering my simple questions.
the serveral questions I want also to ask you .thank you in advance.
you taked an example that Raspberry Pi platform decodes multichannels video
streams.I review gst-omx source code for Raspberry Pi platform , for
OpenMax IL principle I mght not be too familiar with gst-omx,so I don't
understand on gst-omx source code where can generate more than one mutex
instance object and simultaneously it controls video engine to decoding
mutilchannels video streams.I am newbie to openMax IL and gst-omx,so you
can roughly explain principle and mechanism that how to create mutiple mutex
instances for decoding mutiple video sources.I just don't understand that
functionality of decoding mutilchannels videos where level does gst-omx
implement this functionality on ? such as OpenMax IL level or gst-omx level
? and that who provide gst-omx for Raspberry Pi platform ? such as
gstreamer opensouce community or Raspberry Pi enthusiast ? because I feel
that gst-omx implementation should be different software architecture for
different video engine chips. I don't know that whether my comprehension is
right or not ? Please guide me.

I am newbie to openMax IL and gst-omx,thank you very much for guiding me .
thank you in advance.
