Losing Packets When trasmitting data over UDP through RTP.

Try to add a rtpjitterbuffer in the receiving pipeline before the
depayloader. I am not to familiar with rtpgstpay  and rtpgstdepay, but
shouldn't you specify some caps on the receiving pipeline?
