How do i switch between multiple rtsp video streams without stopping pipeline [gapless streaming]

Hi ,

Could you please provide pointers w.r.t "..It is no allowed to change
element state from the streaming thread...." . As even i am facing similar
messages.

Or group members could share the relevant threads from which i could get few
pointers.
