Android 6.0 gstreamer: no hardware acceleration

Hello,

On a Nexus5X with Android 6.0 Marshmallow, using a playbin pipeline, 
h264 is not decoded in hardware but with libav avdec_264. The same code 
on Nexus 7 2013 5.x uses amcvideodec-omxqcomvideodecoderavc (cool name!).

P.S.: Is there a way to know which build I have. I do remember that I 
found a nightly build more recent than the official release 1.0.
