trouble with my audio: intermettent and slow video output

Hi,
is there someone who can help me? I'm getting some errors when "sync-ing"
audio and video, is it because there are more "xvimagesink" in my pipeline?
Is there a way to tell to my "autoaudiosink" which xvimagesink it should be
in sync with?
I changed my pipeline adding a filesink branch and I'm getting the errros
below...
