filesink ignores first 5 seconds

Hi,

I'm recording video and save it into a .mp4 file, but the video result is
not stable at first 2~5 seconds. How to request filesink to ignores the
first 3 seconds?

this is my pipeline:

udpsrc ! rtph264depay ! h264parse ! tee name="tee" ! queue ! avdec_h264 !
videoconvert ! autovideosink tee. ! queue ! mp4mux ! filesink
location=video.mp4
