Run pipeline on Mac OSX

Hello all, 

I would like to run the following pipeline in Mac OSX

*gst-launch-1.0 videotestsrc is-live=true ! vtenc_264 ! qtmux ! filesink
location=test.mp4*

got the output, 

*WARNING: erroneous pipeline: no element "vtenc_h264"*

I have already installed /gstreamer/, /gst-plugins-base/,
/gst-plugins-good/, /gst-plugins-bad/, /gst-plugins-ugly/ using brew (all of
them are of version 1.6.0) 

I tried in both El capitan and Yosemite, but the warning is same. 

Any help is appreciated.
