Build GStreamer with ffmpeg instead of libav

Hello all, 

I would like to build GStreamer for iOS with ffmpeg, instead of default
libav.
where do I need to change the configuration? 

I think I need to change the repo link, 
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-libav/
to 
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-ffmpeg

Not quite sure where to make the change. 

Any help is appreciated.
