Gstreamer 1.6.0 unable to find rtph264depay on RTSP stream

For what it's worth, this has always been in -bad, nothing moved from 
-good to -bad if I remember correctly. Some things may have moved from 
-bad to -good though, but I'm not even sure if we moved anything from
1.4 to 1.6.
