How to use the gstreamer-android package?

I'm sorry to ask you this simple question. But I can't find any tutorials
about how to use gstreamer-android package from
http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/pkg/android/1.5.90/. Maybe just I
lost something important. Could you give me some tips? Thank you so much
