JACK plugin for OSX

It seems that the JACK plugin is no longer distributed with the OSX install
package, and I've been having an incredibly difficult time trying to compile
it from the gst-plugin-good sources. 

Has anyone got jack running on OSX with gstreamer 1.5.90?
