rtsp server as tee of "normal" pipeline?

Hi GStreamers :)

Do you know if there is a possibility to start a rtsp server as a tee of a
"normal" pipeline or do I need two separate pipelines?

My use case:
Displaying and/or recording video from a camera (tvsrc) on a linux board and
also starting a rtsp server for streaming this video over network with low
latency.

...or maybe switch it? --> i.e. starting a rtsp server pipeline with a tee
for onboard recording/displaying?
