VoIP with gstreamer

Hello,
I'm streaming audio via RTP/UDP from a computer on a local network to a remote computer having fixed IP address, which works perfectly.However I would need to stream back now to the same computer on the local network from the remote PC. How would this be possible (fixd IP / port forwarding can't be granted in this case)?
