AAC parsing in gstreamer 1.0.10

Did you manage to fix this problem at all? I'm having a similar problem
playing AAC inside a TS. ffdec_aac_latm is plugged after aacparse but the
thing never plays. I can see pads are created on tsdemux, but I only get one
frame of video (with no audio) and nothing else.

Removing the audio section makes the video playable, buv evidently I got no
audio, which is not interesting.
