Audio video muxing issue

Hello Ashish, thanks for your reply.

a) I have tried adding queus to both the video and the audio path but it did
not solve the problem. 

b) As I'm not the one encoding the video I can't set any parameters for it.
It is done on the IP-Camera. I get the audio and video streams trough a
Peer-To-Peer API.
