Gstreamer pipeline with OPUS encoder

Hey,

i want to use the opus encoder to stream my audio input.
I have every plugin package installed but there is no element *opusrtppay*
there.
I've read that it should be included in some other threads here.
Apparently Opus is a great encoder for low latency and high quality
streaming so it would be great if someone could help me to get opus running
