gst-rtsp-server 1.8.0 preview with streaming

[riteshSTPL]

I am using gstreamer-1.8.0 and gst-rtsp-server 1.8.0. i can use test-example
like ./test-launch, ./test-uri etc.

But i want to preview while streaming. So how to do that?
or can i create any plugin from rtsp-server so i can use with gst-launch-1.0
pipeline?
