Is there a VP8 parser?

As far as I know, there is no vp8parse and I have never needed it when
working with VP8 streams (e.g. used in WebRTC). I know that the Kurento
Media Server (which heavily relies on GStreamer) has (had?) a vp8parse
element. I once compiled it myself and used it in regular GStreamer
pipelines.
