GST_PLAY_FLAG_DOWNLOAD make duplicated http request in playbin on windows 7

Hi all,When I set GST_PLAY_FLAG_DOWNLOAD on playbin,I see duplicated http request on my libsoup server for 
the same request...the first is anormaly closed and reopenwhich make my pipeline buggy. I provide a wireshark dump of this.
