How to encapsulate multiple GStreamer elements in a plugin?

Hi,

I am new to GStreamer framework.

Are there any guides/reference manuals which explains how to create and
encapsulate multiple elements in a single plugin?

The GStreamer plugin reference manual explains development of a plugin with
only one element.
