[rtsp-server] passing through video from RECORD mount point to PLAY mount point (correct formating)

Hello!

I need to make an video-relay with follow architecture:

-------------- RECORD ---------- PLAY -------------
| client #1 | -----------> | server | <--------- | client #2 |
-------------- ---------- -------------

Algorithm:
1. client #1 start send video to server using RSTP RECORD using rtspclientsink;
2. client #2 start watch video from server using PLAY.

The quesion is:
what is the rigth way to pass through video from RECORD mount point to PLAY mount point?
