[Bug 652711] udp: add support for IGMPv3 SSM (Source Specific Multicast RFC 4604)

My gstreamer app is dependant on ability to receive a stream over udp SSM. I
found that currently gstreamer doesn't support it. Here's the bug # 652711
submitted in June 2011 and updated last time on November 2014. I'm just
wondering if there's any plans to add the support for SSM. I really
appreciate any help on this topic.
