Extraction of Overlay Data from Video File

Hi,

I am using the following command to overlay text onto the video and 
store it.

*gst-launch-1.0 -e imxv4l2videosrc ! textoverlay text="Video 1" 
valignment=top halignment=left font-desc="Sans, 60" ! timeoverlay ! 
vpuenc_h264 ! mp4mux ! filesink location=video_264.mp4*

Now I have to extract the overlay information from the stored video 
file. Is there any command available to extract the overlay information 
from the stored video.
