Issues in Windows 7 using the last GSteramer version

Hello,

I'm working on GStreamer from Windows 7 and Windows 8. At this point, I'm
testing using these pipelines:

SENDER: ksvideosrc ! jpegenc ! rtpjpegpay ! udpsink host=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
port=5000

RECEIVER: udpsrc port=5000 ! application/x-rtp,encoding-name=JPEG,payload=26
! rtpjpegdepay ! jpegdec ! autovideosink

This code works OK in Windows 8, however it is not working in Windows 7.
Even the window related with autovideosink is not shown.

So, what would the problem be in this case? i downloaded GStreamer form this
location: https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/pkg/windows/1.10.2/
