how to attach gstreamer vaapisink to wl_surface

i tried using waylandsink with vaapidecode already but i am getting below
error.

root at localhost:/home/ngiCnct> gst-launch-1.0 filesrc
location=/home/ngiCnct/NGI_Brand_Video_\[001-045\].mp4 ! qtdemux !
vaapidecode ! waylandsink

i am using gstreamer1.0 version APIs.
