Not getting proper frame rate with same pipeline on different platform ?

Hi,

I am running the following pipe and my h264 file is displayed properly on my
*desktop*, but same pipe when I ran on my *hardware* its displaying but it
is displaying like something is f*ast forwarding* the video. Like video is
running so much fast ! 

*gst-launch-1.0 -e filesrc location=output_test.h264 ! decodebin !
autovideosink*

Why So? Please guys help me out !
