Orc segfaults in audio_orc_unpack_f32

After updating to GStreamer 1.7.1, I'm seeing crashes in when playing
youtube videos with an embedded browser based on qtwebkit 5.4.1.

The crashes seem to happen in "audio_orc_unpack_f32" when Orc is enabled.

I'm building GStreamer from source using open-embedded and running on
32bit x86 (VirtualBox).

Logs showing the crashes with ORC_CODE=debug and ORC_CODE=emulate are here:

(There are no crashes with ORC_CODE=backup).
