Stream H264 file and Playback the same stream on network ?

OK,

I it worked when I started the "Display" pipe before staring the "Stream"
pipe. 

But once the whole file is streamed, the streaming pipe terminates but the
display is stuck to last frame !  . Don't know why ? Can anyone please help
