Gstreamer Raspberry Pi error

I'm trying to run the following command on a Raspberry Pi with Ubuntu mate
gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=big_buck_bunny_1080p_h264.mov ! avidemux !
h264parse ! omxh264dec ! autovideoconvert ! glimagesink
But I get
