No GL shader support available

On my phone with android 4.4.2 API 19 when I started application I saw only
title "Gstreamer Tutorial3" and icon. Moreover all screen was black. No
button and SurfaceView appeared. I dont know why becouse in emulator
everything was fine except gl shader support.
