gstreamer-1.0 v4l2src ( webcam) + alsasrc has audio_sample drop problem

Hi Nicolas , 

I added an queue to the pipeline , there is minor improvement in the audio
part . 

w.r.t *"....alsasrc (or any audiosrc) need enough buffering to accumulate
"....*
could you please provide some pointers or links through which i could
understand how 
to determine the size of buffering required here .
