gstreamer-1.0 v4l2src ( webcam) + alsasrc has audio_sample drop problem

Thanks for your valuable feedback . 

A) I tested the pipeline after doing the suggested changes , but i still
have the said problem in the file being created 
    for initial part of created file. ( Initial 2.3 sec ) 
    
    I tried after removing the videosrc time-stamp , still the observation
is the same. 
    I am using HD Webcam Logitech C310 [ on Ubuntu 14.04 ]
