Gstreamer Issue on Android mobile

Gstreamer cannot solve this problem alone, apparently.  However,
ImageMagick's "-flip" operation will correct the image.  The question then
becomes: can gstreamer call ImageMagick to do an operation on every frame
that comes through?

So, for example, to send an image to an Android emulator using gstreamer,
you would do something like this to have it come out correctly, but this
demo only works when sending still images:
