Removing silence from a stream

thanks for your quick response, the patch which you proposed is more than 2-3
years old... still no action taken about it :(
I'm new to gstreamer and I will try to use your patch but I don't think I
wil be able to do so, can you prove the compiled plug-in which i can use
directly.
