GStreamer-CRITICAL **: gst_segment_to_running_time: assertion 'segment->format == format' failed

what is discont flag ？ I  encounter this error，in gstreamer 1.2.4 version
shmsrc plugin is executed by certain pipeline to return this error.I don't
understand that why?
error as below:
