I compile gst-plugins-base-1.4.5,but returning error.

I compile gst-plugins-base-1.4.5,but returning error as below:

I search " undefined symbol: _gst_date_time_type " in this website,  it has
not relative search for solving this problem.
any idea for me , thank you in advance
