I compile gst-plugins-bad-1.6.2 version,but returning error "unknown type name 'GLenum'" and so on.why?

I search ubuntu 14.04  install OpenGL by google , according to this method to
fix this problem

after sudo apt-get install freeglut3 freeglut3-dev I compile this source
code again and error don't present.this explain this problem fixed.
