Which gstreamer plug-in source code to reffer ?

Hi am getting this error:

*(gst-plugin-scanner:31868): GStreamer-WARNING **: Failed to load plugin
'/usr/local/lib/gstreamer-1.0/libgstmyencoder.so':
/usr/local/lib/gstreamer-1.0/libgstmyencoder.so: undefined symbol:
gst_video_encoder_get_type*

but I have included the below headers , so why am getting this error on
plugin initialized.

#include <gst/video/video.h>
#include <gst/video/gstvideoencoder.h>
#include <gst/video/gstvideometa.h>

Please help .
