forwarded screen stutters every several seconds

Thanks , i had tried superfast and know ultrafast , it seems that there is
more time in between each artefact...
sometimes also the  resolution is bad as soon as the screen remains
static... for instance starting video will help clean the whole screen

as for the fixed bit rate or h264 without b frame i need to search , i dont
know how to, 
does'nt this conflict with the zerolatency ?
