forwarded screen stutters every several seconds

Oh! it works, not only the problem is solved without "intra-refresh=true",
but it also allows me now to increase the bitrate
which much improved the resolution

bitrate=5000 already works fine with a buffer x32, but big artefacts are
back for bitrate = 10000 ..

so i'm wondering how far i can play this game of increasing the Pi buffer
size...

did not try yet with the udpsrc buffer-size (strange absence of indication
for the units to be used) ...
