Which gstreamer plug-in source code to reffer ?

I am still getting one problem. 

When am using the following pipe its give me error ! 

*gst-launch-1.0 -e filesrc location=/home/sunny/Videos/rawvideo_yuv420.yuv
blocksize=460800 !
video/x-raw,format=I420,width=640,height=480,framerate=30/1 ! myh264encoder
