Yes but it says that the maximum is 100K , which (if in bytes) is very small
and even smaller than the default Pi 
net.core.rmem_max = 163840 (also in bytes) which is considered too small...

 a naive question is also if we really need to use 2^n numbers or does it
automatically sets to the most nearby power of two if one enters any number
...
