I can only conclude you like to complain and have low ability of
searching. Here's the step I've run:

ONLINE:
  - google: udpsrc
  - First link
  - Clicked on the buffers-size property

And you get the same thing as is gst-inspect-1.0 ...

Then I told myself, hmm, maybe he uses Devhelp because he likes offline
generated doc. So I typed udpsrc and got exactly the page as the one
published on the Internet (note that some distro likes to not install
the developper doc, that is out of our control).
