List the files in this package, and make sure it's part of it. Who
knows if this was not remove for random version (after all it contains
the H264, hence may scare the RH devs ;-)). Other then that, this
element depends on v4l2src being present (that is in gstreamer1-
plugins-good). Make sure it is installed, and that
libgstvideo4linux2.so is part of it.
