forwarded screen stutters every several seconds

On the raspberry forum i asked why the sound omx plugins are not availble for
gstreamer and didn't get any answer so far.

if someone knows if there is a good reason for them not being available and
if it's possible to get them (how) and make them work on Pi2, thank you in
advance.

I find gstreamer really fantastic but now i need to read much to understand
how i could minimize the delay first for the sound only (i can hear more
than one second between sender (where sound is also played) and receiver and
it also depends on which gst-launch is issued first).
