uridecodebin doesn't show in dot files

I can't reproduce this here when using gst-launch-1.0 and
setting GST_DEBUG_DUMP_DOT_DIR before that. E.g. the PAUSED_PLAYING
.dot file contains uridecodebin and everything else.

How/when are you generating the .dot file and can you send one?
